You MUST agree to the information below when scheduling; otherwise, your appointment will be denied or cancelled upon arrival.
April 1, 2026, for those households where everyone in the home is 65 years of age and older OR medically homebound (you must require assistance to leave your home).
Everyone else must wait until May 1, 2026, to make an appointment. If you call during the month of April and are not eligible your appointment will be cancelled without notice.
DISCLAIMER:
If the applicant has a credit of $1,000 or more on the billing statement, the applicant is ineligible for LIHEAP benefits.
