Elderly & Homebound:
Monday December 1st at 8:30am
The appointment scheduler is set to open for the households where everyone in the home is 65 and older and/or medically homebound (you cannot leave your home without assistance). **If an appointment is made during this time period and it is found that you are not eligible, your appointment will be cancelled without notice.**

DISCLAIMER:
If the applicant has a credit of $1,000 or more on the billing statement, the applicant is ineligible for LIHEAP benefits.

General Public
Everyone who is income eligible and does not qualify to make an appointment during the elderly period may make an appointment beginning on January 2nd, 2026 at 8:30am.
